P. CALDRAY MARKETS is a capital markets services firm headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Since our founding in 2019, we have supported institutional investors, market professionals and families in building, executing and monitoring their investment strategies worldwide.
Our model rests on a simple conviction: the quality of an investment decision depends less on the precision of a forecast than on the rigour of the framework in which it is made. We therefore invest first in research, risk measurement and traceability — before investing in markets.
We have served more than 2,800 clients since inception, of which roughly 1,650 remain active, and manage close to 10 billion dollars in assets. Our core team numbers 65 people across research, trading, portfolio management, compliance and control functions.
Each step widened our scope without ever changing our principles.
P. CALDRAY MARKETS was established in 2019 in Denver, Colorado, around capital markets advisory and applied research. The initial structure was deliberately small: a handful of professionals united by the same standard of method.
From 2020 the firm structured its offering for market professionals and won its first institutional mandates. In 2021 the research team grew and coverage extended beyond US markets to Europe and Asia. In 2022 we launched wealth management and private family office services.
In 2023 assets under management passed the two billion dollar mark and the team exceeded forty people. In 2024 we established an institutional trading desk dedicated to equities, rates and derivatives. In 2025 the firm consolidated its processes and strengthened its compliance framework ahead of international expansion.
In 2026, P. CALDRAY MARKETS launched a pilot programme dedicated to the French market. This step marks the beginning of our European development, conducted with the same standard of method as our historic activities.
We want to build a markets firm whose reputation rests on the quality of its judgement rather than the volume of its activity. That means turning down certain transactions, declining certain mandates, and explaining our reasons.
Over five years, our ambition is to make P. CALDRAY MARKETS a recognised player in applied research and capital markets services, present on the leading European venues while keeping the culture of an independent firm.
That ambition has a counterpart: our growth must remain a consequence of the quality of our work, never a goal in itself.
